Maintenance Technician

UHM Properties is seeking a Full-Time, experienced Technician to join our growing MaintenanceTeam. All applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance field and be proficient in carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, plumbing, and basic electrical. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance assignments, and apartment preparation. Technicians are also required to provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis. They must have a valid Driver’s License, transportation, necessary tools, and equipment. Administrative Assistant

UHM Properties is seeking a reliable full-time, experienced administrative assistant to join our team. This position focuses on providing general office support to Maintenance Department. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, inputting work orders, scheduling appointments, and filing.

The position requires the applicant to be Bilingual (Spanish/English), proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), organized,  customer service focused and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

1-3 years of office administration experience required
